UH, THE VETERINARY HOSPITAL SHALL BE SOUNDPROOF AND ODOR PROOF SO THAT BARKING AND OTHER ANIMAL SOUNDS AND ODORS ARE NOT A NUISANCE TO THE SURROUNDING PROPERTIES. UH, ADDRESSING OUTDOOR ANIMAL PENS AND RUNS ALL OUTDOOR ANIMAL PENS AND RUNS ASSOCIATED WITH THE VETERINARY HOSPITAL SHALL BE SECURELY FENCED AND SHALL NOT BE LOCATED BETWEEN THE FERNDALE ROAD RIGHT OF WAY AND ALL BUILDINGS. ADDITIONALLY, THE ANIMAL PENS AND RUNS SHALL BE SCREENED FROM VIEW FROM THE FERNDALE ROAD RIGHT AWAY, AND ANIMALS SHALL NOT BE KEPT IN THE OUTDOOR PENS AND OR RUNS OVERNIGHT OR ON A PERMANENT BASIS.
