I PERSONALLY DON'T ANTICIPATE IT GOING THROUGH, BUT JUST LET YOU KNOW THAT'S, UH, IT'S SOME ACTIVITY THAT RICHMOND, THE LAWS BEEN PROPOSED TO EXPAND Y'ALL.

IS THAT PART OF THAT PUSH THEY'RE MAKING NATIONWIDE TO TRY TO STREAMLINE MORE ZONING STUFF FOR HOUSING YEAH.

DENSITY IN DIFFERENT THINGS.

IT, THERE'S SOME BILLS AND THIS IS NOT THE ONLY ONE UP IN RICHMOND IN THE CROSS DIVISION MM-HMM .

SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING IS, UM, THE BIG ONE THAT I'VE BEEN TRACKING IS IT LOOKS LIKE THAT, UM, IT WILL BE PASSED THAT MANUFACTURED HOUSING WILL BE ALLOWED ON IN ALL ZONING DISTRICTS THAT ALLOW A SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING.

THEY WERE TALKING ABOUT RECLASSIFYING THOSE TOO OR SOMETHING.

SO I I I GUESS THEY CAN ALLOW THAT.

SO, SO THE WAY THE, THE BILL, IT, IT STRIKES A LOT OF THE LANGUAGE REFERRING TO AG LAND.

DIFFERENT THINGS THAT, THAT'S ONE OF THE THINGS THEY WERE TALKING ABOUT WAS THEY WERE, THEY WERE GONNA KIND OF RESTRUCTURE THAT DEFINITION A LITTLE BIT AS TO WHAT EXACTLY WAS CONSTITUTED AS A MANUFACTURED HOME SO THEY COULD START BRINGING IN SOME STUFF THAT WAS PREASSEMBLED.

UM, MORE LIKE A MODULAR AND, AND START DOING THAT TO TRY TO SPEED UP, YOU KNOW, 'CAUSE THE, THE WHOLE BIG PUSH IS THE HOUSING AFFORDABILITY, SEWAGE AND AFFORDABILITY.

AND THIS IS ONE WAY THEY'RE LOOKING AT GETTING AFFORDABILITY AND DIFFERENT THINGS.

UM, AND, AND JUST SPEEDING THE PROCESS UP.

AND THEN I GUESS AS FAR AS CASES GO, THAT'S PRETTY MUCH KIND OF THE ONLY THING YOU WOULD HAVE ON THE RADAR.
